The sublime landscapes of Mongolia, today disfigured by unlimited mining, are the scene of a daily drama: that of the truck drivers who, by the tens of thousands, cross the Gobi desert to deliver their cargo of coal to China. In Colors of White Rock, we follow Maikhuu, one of the few women among them, a true heroine whose life reflects the contradictions facing the country, trapped between illusory prosperity and its repercussions on society and the environment.
